Description

W. M. Eagle is welcoming Kelt Wilson into the Riverside Civic League as the newest member. "The newest member of the Riverside Civic League, Kelt Wilson, left, is welcomes into the organization by W. M. Eagle, a charter member who now lives in Dallas but who has always maintained membership. Wilson, now of Birdville, is moving into the district next week and was welcomed at the tenth annual banquet held Thursday night at the Blackstone Hotel." Both of the men are looking each other in the eye; Mr. Wilson has a relaxed smile while Mr. Eagle is more discerning. Mr. Eagle is wearing a medium-toned suit with notched lapels, a light-colored vest, a white button-down shirt, and a dark colored-tie. Mr. Wilson is wearing a dark colored suit with four-button cuffs, a white button-down shirt, and a dark geometric-print tie. An American flag is hanging on the wall behind them. In the foreground stands a covered dining table, with some silverware, glasses of water, teacups with sauces, and plates lying on top. The plates have what appear to be biscuits and dishes for cream.
