Description
United States (U. S. ) Army's top four engineers are on inspection tour. They are from left to right, Major General (Maj. Gen.) T. M. Robins, chief of engineers; Colonel (Col.) Robert R. Neyland Junior (Jr.), Southwest division engineer; Colonel (Col.) D. D. Weinert, district engineer at San Antonio, and Colonel (Col.) W. W. Wanamaker, district engineer at Denison. The four men are shown standing next to each other near window. Each of them are wearing the same military uniform that is adorned with different pins for each person. They began a tour Tuesday to inspect war plants and military establishments. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 3, 1942.
