Description

"Farm at Early Morning," an oil painting by Frank Fisher, which was the winner of the $100 prize awarded in the second annual local artists show sponsored by the Fort Worth Art Association. Fisher's prize was for the best work of art in the show. The framed painting is hanging on a wall and depicts several farm houses and trees. Second award of $25 went to Veronica Helfensteller for her water color, "K. of C. General Store." Third prize was awarded to Blanche McVeigh for her aquatint, "Insurnace Man," and the fourth prize was awarded to Dorcas Howard for her oil painting, "Quality Grove." These paintings will be on view in the gallery of the Fort Worth Public Library.
