Caucus of Texas lawmakers. Left to right: M. A. (Bill) Bundy of Wichita Falls, Texas; Ned Price of Tyler, Texas; and C. M. McFarland of Wichita Falls, Texas. The three men are shown standing beside each other, each wearing dark suits with a striped tie. Both Price and McFarland are wearing double-breasted suits, however Bundy's suit is more textured and Mcfarland's suit is striped. Behind them is a wall of windows with curtains.
