Description

Bruce Howard, former WBAP-KGKO engineer, who has been commissioned a warrant officer in the United States Navy will report for duty at the Naval Research Laboratory, Anacostia, Washington, on September 21. He has served on the radio station staff here since 1938 and prior to that was with radio stations at Oklahoma City. Howard is shown wearing a Navy uniform. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition September 16, 1942.
