Meacham Field Customs building under construction. The Spanish-styled building will supply space for customs, immigration, agriculture and health departments for both the United States and Mexico. American Airlines is scheduled to begin service between Fort Worth, Texas and Mexico City Mexico on September 3, 1942. This photograph was published in the August 31, 1942 evening edition of the Star-Telegram.
