Wise County oil boom. Lee Husband, who owns a 320-Acre farm four and one-half miles west of St. Joe in Montague County, smiled happily as he used part of his lease money from the Magnolia Petroleum Company to buy his new auto license from Fred Surber, deputy tax collector of Montague County.
