    Mrs. Lester Byrd, nurse's aide, wearing a cap, and fitting a cap on an unidentified nurse's aide. "This pretty Nurses Aide (right) is wearing her crowning achievement- the blue, white banded cap with the Red Cross insignia, which signifies completion of her classwork and hospital training in the Nurses Aide course here. She is Mrs. Lester Byrd, 3628 East Rosedale, and was one of 22 Aides receiving caps at graduation exercises Friday at the Woman's Club."
