    Description

    Travis Avenue Baptist Church is planning the nineteenth annual Young People's Encampment. The event is being held in the Woodlake Camp Grounds near Denison, Texas. Board members are making final preparations. Seated, left to right are, Miss Katherine Shamburger, Ed Smith, and Miss Nannie Lou Williams. Standing are, Volus Norsworthy, Bobby Norsworthy and Jimmy Erwin. Miss Shamburger is the camp secretary. She is wearing a necklace and a light colored button-up dress. Mr. Smith, recreational director, is dressed in a striped suit. Miss Williams, assistant camp director, is wearing a floral dress. Mr. Norsworthy, camp director, is dressed in a double breasted suit. Bobby, camp bugler, is wearing a button-up shirt with a windowpane pattern, and trousers. Mr. Erwin is the swimming supervisor. He is dressed in a suit.
