Three officials of the Palomino Horse Breeders of America are pictured here. They are Charles R. Upham (center) of Pacific Palisades, California, association's new president; Howard B. Cox (right) of San Angelo, Texas, one of the vice presidents; and Mrs. Lillian Shore (left), assistant secretary. Both men are wearing suits and ties. Mr. Upham has a white jacket and Mr. Cox has a dark color jacket. Mrs. Shore is wearing a dark color dress with white collar. Three officers are seated at a dining table and looking over the first volume of the Stud Book and Registry of Palomino Horses during the recent membership meeting of the association at Mineral Wells. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 16, 1942.
