Shown here are Bill Jeffery of Salinas, California, and Hayes Mitchell of Marfa, Texas who attended the recent meeting of the Palomino Horse Breeders of America, Incorporated (Inc.), at Mineral Wells, Texas. They are seated at a dining table and talking. Both Mr. Jeffery and Mr. Hayes are wearing suits and ties. They are breeders of Palominos. Mr. Mitchell being also a director of the Palomino Horse Breeders of America, Incorporated (Inc.). Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 19, 1942.
