    Description

Mrs. John S. Reeder, left, incoming president of the Sagamore Hill Garden Club, receives the gavel from Mrs. H. C. Austin, retiring president, at the installation of new officers which took place at the club's mid-summer zinnia show, held at the home of Mrs. George McGraw. They are standing behind a table on which there are various flower arrangements. Mrs. Reeder is wearing a polka dot dress and eyeglasses and has a flower pinned to her dress by her shoulder. Mrs. Austin is wearing a dress with a bow pattern, a necklace, and has a different species of flower than Mrs. Reeder pinned to her dress.
