Tex Carleton is the manager for the Consolidated Aircraft Bombers amateur team. They play in the amateur Major City League. As manager, pitcher, and first basemen, Mr. Carleton has a three way chance to see action in the annual amateur All-Star game at LaGrave Field. Mr. Carleton is squatting on the field dressed in the Bombers' uniform.
