"Jack Shannon, 13, Boy Scout of Troop 51, mounts the crane on the rear of a rubber collection truck Tuesday night at Magnolia Petroleum Company offices on North Main. The tire on which he sits, and all the rubber on the track are part of the huge pile donated by Fort Worth residents." Jack is smiling and looking into the camera. He is sitting on his haul loaded up on a Ford pickup truck.
