Description

Twelve special awards ranging from certificates of skill to scholarships are going to honored graduates of the Masonic Home and School. Left to right are, Floyd N. Lewis, Hardy "Gordy" Brown, and Hubert Bales. Floyd and Gordy are members of the Masonic Football team and received scholarships to attend either Southern Methodist University or Rice University. Floyd is the recipient of the Boys' Citizenship Award - a $50 gold watch. He is dressed in a dark suit. Gordy is wearing a suit with a flower in the lapel. Hubert won the $25 prize for highest qualifications in business training. He is wearing a suit.
