Texas Governor Coke R. Stevenson, left, and Daniel W. Tracy, right, of Washington, District of Columbia at the State Federation of Labor Convention. Mr. Tracy is the Assistant Secretary of Labor. The two renewed acquaintances at the convention. They first met in Austin when Stevenson was a member of the House and Tracy was counsel for the federation.
