Description
Soldiers at Camp Wolters are rehearsing for their upcoming Emergency Relief Show, "Life Begins at 5:30". Corporal Gordon Gailey, originally from Port Arthur, is playing piano with Johnnie, Camp Wolters' swing band mascot. Corporal Gailey is a former professional dance band piano player and composer and is wearing a military uniform. Johnnie grew from a pup to a keen detector of sour notes, is perched on the ledge of the piano next to the sheet music. Corporal Gailey and Johnnie will be seen performing at the musical.
