Description
Howard Fogg, was one of the last minute applicants for a place on the Democratic primary ballot. Mr. Fogg is a native of Fort Worth and real estate man for 20 years. He seeks nomination as Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1, Place 2. In this picture, Mr. Fogg is shown standing in front of an empty wall wearing a dark suit with a striped tie. He is also wearing a pair of eyeglasses and looking off to his right. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, June 15, 1942.
