Mrs. Sneed is standing in between the two men holding a newspaper and looking off into the distance. Mr. Keeling is looking down at the ground. He is wearing a suit and tie, and there is a gavel in his waist pocket. Mr. Wren is also wearing a suit and tie, along with spectacles and a "Howdy!" name tag. He is looking at Mr. Hutcheson.
