    Description

    Mrs. T. H. Thomason is modeling volunteer-nurse uniform. "Modeling the uniform of the Volunteer Nurse's Aid Corps is Mrs. T. H. Thomason, member of the board and of the recruiting committee. Red Cross is asking for a large number of volunteer applicants." Mrs. Thomason is wearing lace-up heeled slingbacks, a light-colored apron-dress with deep pockets, a lighter-colored undershirt with a notched collar, and a nurse's cap. She is smiling, with one hand in her pocket and the other resting on a table as she looks into the camera. A poster advertising the Red Cross is sitting on the table, propped against the wall.
