Louise Mitchell and Bill Gower are registering for Summer art appreciation course. "Louise Mitchell and Bill Gower were at the Public Library Tuesday to register for the summer art appreciation course, scheduled to begin Wednesday morning. All girls and boys of school age are invited to attend the classes free of charge. Advance registration is not necessary." Louise Mitchell poses with a pencil and the registration sheet, appearing to sign the paper, which at the moment is still blank. She is leaning over Bill Gower's shoulder.
