Image shows one of Fort Worth, Texas's authorities on the history of the American flag and flag etiquette, W.G. Fuller, veteran of World War I, shown with the flag and plaque on which the names of fellow members of the North Side Kiwanis Club now in the armed service are inscribed. Fuller is wearing a three-piece, double-breasted suit and eyeglasses. The men's names on the plaque are: N. H. Riveire, D. G. Talbot, Walter Graves Junior, and Bradley Burks. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition June 08, 1942.
