Description

Miss Betty Ruth Corley, who around the time this photograph was taken, was graduating high school. "Miss Betty Ruth Corley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Corley, 3731 Ada Street, Polytechnic High School, who was honored at a dinner given by Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Davis, 3426 Fitzhugh Street." Miss Corley is wearing a dress, perhaps of satin or silk, which is decorated by a corsage on the neckline. Her curled hair is done-up. She is wearing a small watch, dark-colored nail polish, and lipstick. She is serenely looking into the distance as a beam of light is shining on her from the top left corner.
