Mrs. J. T. Tennant, left, daughter of the late R. Houston Foster, chairman of Texas Christian University's (TCU) board, university president emeritus E. M. Waits, and Mrs. R. Houston Foster, are shown together following ceremonies at which Dr. Waits dedicated the new girls' dormitory named in honor of Mr. Foster. They are standing outdoors.
