C. and Governor Stevenson. "James S. Moran of Washington, D. C., representing the Treasury Department on Miss Lamour's war savings tour, who swapped pipe tobacco with Governor Coke Stevenson". Mr. Moran appears to the right of Governor Stevenson, is smiling at the camera while holding something in his hands. He is wearing a tan cowboy hat, and a herringbone suit with a white undershirt and black tie. Governor Stevenson is wearing a dark double breasted suit with a white undershirt and dark tie, and is holding a tobacco pipe and looking to the right of Mr. Moran. There appears to be people and flags in the background.
