Nine boys and girls at Lena Pope Home ended their high school days this year, graduating either in February or June from Arlington Heights High School. February graduates are sitting on a wood bench in the front row, left to right, Eva Stark, Sybil Perryman, Bettye Passmore and Eva Mae Crenshaw, Members of the June graduating class were, standing behind the bench in cap and gowns, Walter Richey, Janice Huffines, Delbert Briley, Gloria Pullen and Carl Defidaugh.
