F. C. Harkrider, recently elected exalted ruler of Fort Worth Elks Lodge Number 124. He will represent the local lodge at the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks national convention. Mr. Harkridger is wearing a checkered suit with tie and pocket square. This photograph was published in the May 24, 1942 morning edition of the Star-Telegram.
