Father's Day dinner for soldiers at Fort Worth Club. Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Hall shown having dinner with their son, Sergeant Robert L. Hall. "W. E. Hall, 3523 Meadowbrook Drive, and his son, Sergeant Robert L. Hall, on leave from Fort Custer, Michigan, getting ready to try Mom's chicken." Both father and son are sitting at the table, sticking forks into the plate of chicken Mrs. Hall is holding. Mrs. Hall is smiling and looking down at her son, who is looking up and smiling back at her. The elder Mr. Hall is smiling and looking at the chicken as he digs in.
