Miss Mary Helen Kiber of Arlington, will wear this "blue ribbon dress of 1920" at the Future Homemakers of Texas rally in Dallas. Mrs. Jack Konecny of Arlington made the dress 20 years ago and won a $10 prize with it at a girls' clothing contest in Austin.
