Description

Maundy Thursday and Good Friday services at Saint Patrick's Catholic Church will have three new features this year. Tommy Reynolds, left, and Jack Jackson, altar-boys at the church, are shown praying before an altar especially arranged for a repository of the Blessed Sacrament. Arrangement of the altar at the right of the church was finished Wednesday afternoon. The altar features votive candles and vases filled with Easter lilies. Candelabra stands are placed on half columns on either side of the lace tablecloth covered altar. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition March 21, 1940.
