    Description

    In a run-off, Miss June Dameron of Hereford was elected student council representative over Bill Welsh of Fort Worth, Texas. Miss Dameron polled 44 votes to 43 by her opponent and Horace Busby was elected to Place 6 on the council over Frances Armstrong of Fort Worth, Texas. The two are standing against a wall and smiling while looking directly into the camera. Horace is wearing a striped button-up shirt, a checked-pattern tie, a sweater vest, and slacks. June is wearing a striped button-up and a tweed set. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 7, 1942.
