These pastors were prominent at the Methodist School of Evangelism which closed Wednesday at Arlington, left to right, Reverend Caradine Hooton, Dallas, chairman of the executive committee of the school; Reverend Harry DeVore, Dallas, superintendent of the Dallas District; Ivan Lee Holt, Dallas, Reverend S. A. Barnes, Fort Worth, superintendent of the Fort Worth District; and Reverend G. P. Comer of Waco, chairman of the Commission on Evangelism in the Central Texas Conference. They are standing next to each other, gathered in a conversation. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 7, 1942.
