Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Henderson (right) and their daughter, Mrs. Ben A. Hardin, are shown standing beneath the American and service flags which fly in the front yard of their home at 3807 East Lancaster Avenue. The three stars on the service flag are for Sergeant Ellis Henderson, Private First Class Earl Henderson, and Private First Class Ben A. Hardin. Mrs. Hardin is wearing a short-sleeve, dark dress with a pair of glasses; Mrs. Henderson is wearing a long-sleeve blouse tucked into a skirt and Mrs. Henderson is wearing a dark suit with a pair of eyeglasses, as well. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, April 24, 1942.
