    Description

Circle Park School students show with defense stamp booklets. To make their purchases, the students visited the Fort Worth National Bank, Texas and Pacific Station and the Fort Worth Public Library. Mrs. Zettie D. Ord, their teacher, reported many of her students had never visited any of the buildings. The students are standing as a group in the school's Sunshine Room, arms raised with the bonds they purchased. This photograph was published in the April 17, 1942 morning edition of the Star-Telegram.
