Image shows the Forest Park Zoo's chimpanzee named "Al" is sitting on his swing, gripping the chains with his hands. The young animal established himself as a fan favorite with the zoo visitors when he performed on the swing during the monkey show. Behind Al is the crowd of people watching from the stands. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition April 12, 1942.
