Homer Cover, president of the Fort Worth Cats Booster Club, making the first pitch at the opening day Texas League baseball game at LaGrave Field, where the Fort Worth Cats played against the Oklahoma City Indians. Mr. Cover is standing on the field; his right leg is raised slightly and he is holding a baseball in his right hand and wearing a baseball glove on his left hand. He is wearing a long-sleeve shirt with a necktie and a belted pair of trousers. He is also wearing a dark baseball cap that has the initials "FTW" across the front.
