Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show visitor Kent M. Weaver, Concord, California, is seen standing in front of a wall, wearing a suit, and a hat. Weaver has been interested in the Palomino horse since he was a boy and is regarded as one of the best known judged of Palomino horses on the Pacific Coast.
