Description
Lemuel "Lefty" Bumpers, former Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas (A & M) and Beaumont Exporters pitcher, shown in his Naval Air Corps uniform. Mr. Bumpers is standing in front of an empty wall and looking off to his right. The uniform comprises of a double-breasted, dark suit and a naval hat. He is stationed at Hensley Field, where he is finishing his primary training as a pilot.
