    Description

    E. H. Paine, left, of Michigan City, Indiana, first vice president of Lions International, and Charles F. Williams, past president of the downtown Fort Worth (Texas) Lions Club. The two men are shown sharing a floral armchair with Mr. Paine sitting down and Mr. Williams sitting on the arm of the chair. Williams has his arm around Paine's shoulders while Paine's hands are clasped on his lap. Both men are dressed in suits; Williams's suit is textured and double-breasted and Paine's suit is darker and includes a suit vest. At the far right, beside Williams, is a lamp.
