    James Kane, 28, shipping clerk at the Fair Store, who is leaving for the United States Navy. Mr. Kane is sitting in front of an empty wall, wearing a dark suit and a striped tie. To the right of him, the corner of a small desk can be seen. Mr. Kane is the brother of Albert Dudley Kane, a fireman on the U. S. S. Oklahoma who died in action.
