Description
J. B. Chorn, of Mansfield, Texas, member of Rationing Board B, one of the men involved in the reorganization and expansion of the rationing setup in Tarrant County. Mr. Chorn is sitting in a wooden chair with his left arm resting on the desk behind him. He is wearing a dark, textured suit with a pair of eyeglasses. His legs are crossed and he appears to be looking off into the distance. The desk behind him has a wide array of papers, documents and envelopes stacked along it, as well as a small wire metal basket.
