Description

Mrs. Asbury Grant and the dog, "Brownie," that saved her life. Mrs. Grant is shown sitting in a chair in front of a charred, wooden house with Brownie sitting on her lap. She is wearing a polka-dot dress, a cardigan and a pair of thick rimmed glasses. The dog saved her life by awaking her and her husband when the house started to light up. Beside the two, at right, is a stack of charred items on the ground.
