R. H. McNeal, of Palo Pinto, Texas, with his cutting horse, "Monty," who competed in the rodeo at the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show. McNeal has his right hand resting on the horse's back and his other hand is on his hip. McNeal is wearing a cowboy hat, eyeglasses, collared shirt, necktie, sports coat, pinstripe trousers and boots.
