Barbecue dinner given by Colonel Kilpatrick was attended by (right to left) Amon Carter, Myrtle Goodrich and Colonel J.R. Kilpatrick. Mr. Carter holding a plate of meat that he and Mrs. Goodrich are taking from while Colonel Kilpatrick has a piece of meet with bone in his mouth and he is holding it with his right hand. They are all smiling. Mr. Carter is looking at Colonel Kilpatrick who is looking at the camera while Mrs. Goodrich is looking at the plate of meat. They have plates of food and drinks on the table in front of them. Behind them in the background is a counter with different beverages on and behind it.
