Description
The reserve champion of the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show, an Aberdeen-Angus steer, shown with Henry Love, right, who purchased the steer for Hotel Texas, and Coder Hamilton, of Good Hope, Illinois. The two men are standing behind the steer; Love is looking off to his left while holding the animal's harness, and Hamilton is looking at and petting the steer. Love is wearing a dark, striped suit with a patterned tie and a hat. Hamilton is wearing a hat, and a long-sleeve, collared shirt and trousers.
