Description
In attendance at the Junior Chamber of Commerce luncheon are, left to right, Lieutenant Garland D. Crawford and Cleo W. Adams. They are demonstrating the right and the wrong way of trying to put out incendiary bombs. Water will cause the magnesium to flame to flare, but sand will help smother the flame. Lieutenant Crawford is an intelligence officer at the Quartermaster Depot. He is wearing a military uniform. Mr. Adams is the civilian captain of the guard at the Quartermaster Depot. He is dressed in a military uniform.
