Officers and directors of Consolidated Aircraft Corporation held a meeting in Fort Worth, Texas. Some of the officers included, left to right, Harry Woodhead, of San Diego, California, Consolidated president, Tom M. Girdler, of Cleveland, Ohio, chairman of the board of Consolidated, Vultee Aircraft, Incorporated, and Republic Steel Corporation, and I. M. Laddon, of San Diego, executive vice president and general manager of Consolidated. The men are standing against a blank wall. Mr. Woodhead is wearing a three-piece suit with a plaid tie. Mr. Girdler is wearing a double-breasted suit and eyeglasses. Mr. Laddon is wearing a three-piece suit with a floral necktie.
