Attending the annual Texas Polled Hereford Association banquet at Westbrook Hotel were, left to right, R. O. Harvey, of Wichita Falls, Texas, vice president of the association, and M. E. Fry, of Brownwood, Texas. The two men are shown sitting next to each other at a dining table with several plates and glasses set in front of them. Both men are wearing dark suits with patterned ties.
