Two officers of the Texas Polled Hereford Association who were re-elected at the annual banquet in Fort Worth, Texas. Officers. The officers are, left to right, Dewey Martin, of Morgan, Texas, secretary, and R. A. Halbert, of Sonora, Texas, president. Martin and Halbert are shown standing, facing each other, as Martin writes on a small piece of paper. Both are wearing dark suits and Martin is wearing a hat.
