Milton Eckert, of Streeter, Texas, shown with his Hereford steer which was the grand champion of the baby beef class at the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show. Milton is knelt down next to the Hereford, holding the championship ribbon in his left hand. He is wearing a hat, a long-sleeve, striped shirt, and trousers with a belt.
